About Conference
It is known that human life is in constant evolvement and complication, resulting in the emergence of many phenomena and facts that need to be
understood and addressed from multiple angles.
From this point of view, the legal field should cover what is related to the regulation of affairs and the relations arising from that. In this context, two phenomena can be observed, namely, shortcomings and inflation in legislation. There are many facts that need to be followed from the legal point of view, and when the legislative authorities fail to do so, the legislative deficiency arises, whether through the failure to issue the necessary legislation and laws, or the failure to issue the law in a manner that suits the nature of the emerging issues.
On the other hand, there is the phenomenon of inflation of legislation and laws, such as the existence of more than one legislation or law related to a specific field or issue, which leads to confusion in the application of the law, and this creates a problem for the judicial authorities.
For all these reasons, the conference, which will be held by the College of Law and Politics at the University of Human Development, aims to address and discuss the matter by inviting researchers to present their opinions and perceptions on the problem and demonstrate the legal approaches to solving it.
The conference also aims to deal with the issue from a broad perspective, and not only from the reality of the matter in the Kurdistan Region or Iraq, but also dealing with the topic in a wider range at the regional and global levels.
Accordingly, the conference welcomes researchers wherever they came from to contribute, and it is certain that the topic of the conference will be addressed and discussed by presenting different experiences of countries that enrich the conference and make a positive contribution to the topic.
