Dr. Nooruldeen Nasih Qader was a Dean of College of Science and Technology at the University of Human Development since 2009 until 2018. Dr. Qader previously served as a Lecturer at the University of Sulaimani , in Iraq, where he instructed multiple groups of students to finish different projects and he was a Member of the department Scientific committee and the Head of Health and Safety committee (2013-2014) More work experience : He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (SMIEEE) – He is a Maastricht School of Management alumni; participating in Electronic Government course on 2015. He was a head of committee of IEEE election in Iraq 2014. – He published a book under the title “Design and Implement a SecureDatabase Using Multi Level Security” – He also has published several scientific articles in international journals – He is a Consultant Engineer Member of Kurdistan Engineering Union & Iraqi Engineering Union. – He is an active seminars presenter; he has presented many seminars at the University of Sulaimani, the University of Human Development, the University of Rapareen and the University of Halabja. – He also has got a Grant of MARHABA Erasmus Mundus lot 3 project 2014-0653 We are fortunate to have someone with Dr. Qader’s skill, experience and reputation for excellence joining University of Human Development.
